What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit starts with a real consultation. We assess your skin, listen to what is bothering you and discuss your goals, then recommend a plan and answer every question before anything is done.
Are your treatments safe?
All treatments are performed by trained, certified professionals under the direction of Dr. Frank, MD, using state-of-the-art equipment and strict medical hygiene standards.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That is what the free consultation is for. We evaluate your skin type, your concerns and your goals, and we will tell you honestly which treatments will help and which will not.
Is there any downtime?
Most of our treatments are non-invasive or minimally invasive with little to no downtime. Recovery varies by treatment, and we always explain exactly what to expect before you commit.
How often should I schedule treatments?
It depends on the service. Facials can be monthly; treatments like RF microneedling work as a series spaced weeks apart. We build a personalized schedule for you.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes. We offer packages that bundle popular treatments and memberships with ongoing benefits and savings. Ask us about the current offerings.
Do you speak Spanish and Portuguese?
