Your own blood, put back to work
PRP Injections
Platelet-rich plasma is drawn from your own blood, concentrated in a centrifuge and injected back where you need repair — skin, under-eyes, scalp or joints.
Platelets carry the growth factors your body uses to heal. When we concentrate them and place them into tired skin or a thinning scalp, we are handing your tissue the same repair signal it uses after an injury, only aimed where you want it.
For the face, PRP improves texture, tone and the crepey skin under the eyes where most treatments cannot go safely. For the scalp, it thickens existing hair and can wake up follicles that have gone dormant. Many patients combine PRP with microneedling for a deeper effect.
The draw takes minutes and the whole visit runs about an hour. Because it is your own plasma, there is no risk of allergy or rejection. A course of three sessions, four weeks apart, is the standard starting point.
How it works
A small blood draw, like routine bloodwork.

Questions about this treatment
Is PRP safe?
It is your own blood, processed in a sterile closed system, so there is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection.
How many sessions do I need?
Three sessions about four weeks apart is standard, then maintenance once or twice a year.
Does PRP work for hair loss?
It works best on hair that is thinning rather than gone. The earlier you start, the more follicles there are to save.
